We're hiring an experienced Senior Visa Counselor with strong knowledge of student visa processes to guide students through their study abroad journey with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to students on study visa requirements, processes, and documentation.
- Manage the complete visa application process, including preparation and submission.
- Train, support, and supervise junior staff/assistants
- Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
- Keep updated with immigration policies, embassy requirements, and study abroad opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in student visa counseling/education consultancy.
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of international education systems and visa processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email handling.
- A proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented personality.
