EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Knowledge in tendering procedure and preparation of rate breakdowns. (Exposure to MEP costing is a benefit)
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress of sites, billing and managing variations.
- Adequate knowledge in Contract Administration.
- Industry experience for minimum 2 years.
- Preference will be given to female candidates with an outgoing personality.
