Job Overview
The Associate Financial Planning role supports the Financial Planning team by managing client information, coordinating with product providers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient administrative processes. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple systems while meeting service standards and business KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with product providers onshore via calls to compile information.
- Simultaneously work with multiple systems and platforms to provide support to the clients.
- Enter data into CRM systems and check the accuracy of data.
- Collaborate with functional teams and maintain proper communication.
- Achieve the defined turnaround times and other KPIs set for different work types.
- Suggest and initiate improvements for internal business processes.
Requirements
- HND or Diploma in Management or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Zoho is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Contact Centre or BPO environment would be an added advantage.
