IT Coordinator | Panadura / Seeduwa / Kottawa / Yakkala

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily IT operations across head office, distribution centers, and retail outlets.
- Monitor and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including computers, printers, servers, and networking equipment.
- Coordinate installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
- Ensure all retail systems operate efficiently with minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and email-related issues.
- Resolve Point-of-Sale (POS) system issues and coordinate with vendors when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support, IT coordination, or system administration.
- Experience in the retail or FMCG sector is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems, networking, and Microsoft Windows environments.
