Site Civil Engineer (Full-time) | Colombo 15


Location: Colombo 15, Sri Lanka

Salary: LKR 150000 – 175000 per month (based on experience)

Start Date: Immediate


We are seeking a full-time Site Civil Engineer to join our team for a 1-year building construction project.


Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of site experience.
  • Proven experience in the construction of 8 to 10-storey reinforced concrete buildings.
  • Ability to independently supervise day-to-day site activities.
  • Good knowledge of structural works, finishing, quality control, and site safety.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.


Responsibilities

  • Supervise all site construction activities.
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
  • Maintain quality, safety, and project schedules.
  • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
