About the Role
This role combines accounts receivable management with customer coordination. You will support the day-to-day operations by managing customer accounts, coordinating orders, following up on payments and maintaining accurate records.
You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial tracking, timely collections, and smooth order processing. Experience in FMCG, wholesale, distribution or trading businesses will be an advantage.

In this role, you will:
- Manage customer accounts and monitor outstanding balances
- Communicate with customers regarding orders and payments
- Support order processing and coordination with internal teams
- Follow up on payments and assist in maintaining healthy cash flow
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
- Prepare basic daily reports and updates
- Act as a coordination point between sales, collections, and operations
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Basic accounting knowledge (accounts receivable preferred)
- Strong communication skills (especially phone handling)
- High accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks (calls + accounts simultaneously)
- Good command of Sinhala
- Basic English communication skills will be an advantage
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word and Email
- Having ERP experience is an advantage.
