Team Leader - Retail

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, motivate, and support the retail team to achieve store targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and high standards of store operations.
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Ensure proper stock handling, merchandising, and visual standards.
- Achieve monthly and sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and share updates with the Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years of experience in retail, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Ability to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
