Customer Service Representative


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with experience in customer service and a strong typing speed of at least 30-35 WPM. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries and complaints through text communication, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and support.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar field.
  • Good English communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in computer operations and familiar with common office software.
  • Good typing skills (30–35 WPM minimum).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries professionally.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Age Limit - Below 30 Years old.
