About the Role
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the hospital by coordinating clinical support services, patient care operations, facility management, quality assurance, and staff performance while maintaining the highest standards of operational efficiency and patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Operational Management
- Oversee daily branch operations and service delivery.
- Coordinate doctor schedules and clinical support services.
- Ensure availability of clinical equipment and consumables.
- Coordinate interdepartmental activities to maintain efficient workflows.
Patient Experience
- Manage patient complaints and service recovery.
- Coordinate specialist referrals and external services.
- Handle public inquiries and refund requests in accordance with company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement in patient satisfaction.
Facility & Infection Control
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control standards.
- Supervise cleaning operations and environmental safety.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of hospital facilities.
- Monitor medical equipment, utilities, and contractor services.
Leadership & Administration
- Supervise branch staff and promote teamwork.
- Allocate daily operational responsibilities.
- Maintain operational documentation, visitor records, and incident reports.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
Quality & Performance
- Conduct operational and cleaning audits.
- Monitor branch KPIs and service quality.
- Identify operational improvements and implement corrective actions.
- Support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Degree or Diploma in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Hospital Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in healthcare operations, hospital administration, or branch management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Sound knowledge of healthcare operations, quality management, and customer service.
