The Profile
- Age between 22-35 years.
- Degree or Diploma in Business management is preferable.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management, vehicle rental operations.
- Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet operations.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work on systems with computer literacy.
Personal and Skills Profile
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the rental vehicle fleet.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries, collections, and customer handovers.
- Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, and scheduling.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain accurate fleet records, including registrations, insurance, and service schedules.
- Prepare fleet and operational reports as required.
