Job Requirements
- Minimum G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Willingness to work on a roster basis, including Saturdays
- Ability to commit to a 1-year contract
Job Duties
- Verify customer information and supporting documentation in accordance with company procedures
- Review customer records to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Identify discrepancies and escalate cases where necessary
- Maintain accurate records within internal systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
- Maintain confidentiality when handling customer information
