Tea Taster
REQUIREMENTS:
- Conduct tea tasting and quality evaluation of teas and flavored teas.
- Assess flavor, aroma, color, and overall quality.
- Recommend tea selections and purchases based on quality and market requirements.
- Maintain tasting records and supplier evaluations.
- Support tea blending, sourcing, and quality improvement initiatives.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
- Minimum 5 years' experience in tea tasting.
- Proven experience with flavored teas.
- Good knowledge of tea grading and quality standards.
- Knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes.
- Strong negotiation skills (an added advantage).
- Good analytical and communication skills.
