Our kitchen and service teams rely on you to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient environment so they can prepare fresh local dishes, BBQ nights, high tea, and poolside meals with ease. Your work ensures that every meal, celebration, or day outing flows smoothly, allowing guests to fully enjoy the relaxed seaside atmosphere we are known for.
Job Description:
- Wash, sanitize, and polish plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, stewarding area, service areas, and dining spaces.
- Assist chefs in basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling, chopping, or organizing ingredients when required.
- Ensure that all kitchen tools and utensils are stored properly in their designated areas.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down buffet setups, service stations, and dining areas.
- Support waitstaff by clearing dishes, resetting tables, and ensuring dining areas remain tidy during service hours.
- Follow strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines to meet hotel and health regulations.
- Help with receiving and organizing inventory and stock deliveries into storage areas.
- Ensure garbage is disposed of properly and waste bins are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
- Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth meal service flow.
