Project Manager – Infrastructure
We are looking for a Project Manager for a short term fixed contract (06 – 12 months) basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Job Profile
- Carry out the project plans, coordinating with service providers and obtain necessary approvals from stake holders
- Evaluate the project time line and agreed with all stakeholders and proceed
- Present total project plan, including all information such as designs, cost, time to the business / management and obtain necessary approvals.
- Carry out the periodically project progress review meeting and update management about progress, Quality , cost and any other risk and issues
- Manage the project Quality , time and cost as per the master project plan
- Review and manage project Variations and change request, coordinating with all state holders.
- Keep all change request in place
- Keep all project records such as Cost , time and risk and issues
- Carry out the project closer reports reviewing cost and quality.
- Arrange final payments coordinating with QS teams and get the project handover documents.
- Update all bank assets
Special Skills
- Knowledge in Project Management, Design Knowledge, MEP Knowledge
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in handling and managing the infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge on adobe auto cad and architectural drawings will be an added advantage
- PMP or Prince 2 Degree or Equal Diploma in Project Management.
- Qualification about electrical, Mechanical
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Excellent negotiation and problem solving skill
