Junior Mechanical Quantity Surveyor | Malabe

We are a leading engineering company based in Malabe seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Mechanical Quantity Surveyor.

Requirements:
  • Diploma / HND / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • 0 – 2 years of experience in quantity surveying (mechanical works preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and cost estimation
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and tender documents
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage
  • Good analytical, numerical, and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and work under deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel to project sites when required
  • Age below 35 years

Additional Preferences:
  • Preference will be given to candidates residing in Malabe or Battaramulla areas
  • Male candidates are preferred

Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to:

  • Mechanical workshop operations
  • Experience in designing and steel fabrication environments

Salary:
  • Negotiable based on experience
