Call Center Associate (Fresher) | Pelawatta / Battaramulla
A renowned motor automobile company is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join as Call Center Associates. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with no prior experience to begin their career in a reputed organization.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Sinhala and English (Mandatory)
- Trilingual (English / Sinhala / Tamil) candidates are highly desirable
- Tamil speaking ability will be an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
- Candidates residing near Pelawatta / Battaramulla are preferred
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday (Half Day): 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Remuneration:
- Basic Salary + Fixed Allowance: LKR 43,000
- Overtime (OT) applicable
