Job Purpose
We are looking for a Lead – Systems & Solutions to drive the design, implementation, and operational excellence of enterprise-scale IT and charging systems within a fast‑paced telecom environment. This role plays a critical part in delivering new products, modernizing core systems, and ensuring highly available, secure, and scalable solutions across multiple business units.
The Job
- Lead end-to-end system and product implementations, ensuring seamless transition from launch to long-term operations
- Manage charging, tariff, rating, and quota implementations across Mobile, Fixed, DTV, Broadband, and Enterprise services
- Partner closely with Business Units to evaluate feasibility and deliver optimal charging solutions
- Drive core system projects including OCS enhancements, upgrades, and new module implementations
- Ensure high system availability, proactive monitoring, and rapid resolution of customer and system issues
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver patches, change requests, and upgrades with zero business impact
- Maintain and evolve the IT/Charging architecture blueprint, aligned with business and technology strategy
- Champion new technology adoption (Cloud, AI, RPA, containerization) to improve scalability and resilience
- Provide technical consultancy, mentor team members, and promote knowledge sharing
The Person
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Professional qualifications or a Master’s degree will be an added advantage
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in telecom IT, charging, or BSS environments
- Strong understanding of telecommunication technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G)
- Proven expertise in charging systems, rating, tariffs, and BSS ecosystems
- Knowledge of software development life cycles and system integration
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale, mission‑critical systems and vendor solutions
- Solution and system architecture
