The Role
We’re looking for an Inside Sales Executive to manage inquiries, qualify leads, and schedule high-quality appointments for our sales consultants while delivering a professional and service-focused experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, online forms, and website chat.
- Qualify leads using Akara’s structured lead scoring system.
- Recommend suitable property options based on client needs and preferences.
- Coordinate and schedule viewing appointments with sales consultants.
- Follow up consistently to maximize lead conversion and appointment success.
- Update CRM accurately with notes, statuses, and lead activity.
Requirements
- Experience in inside sales, call handling, customer service, or similar roles.
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and work within structured systems and processes.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRMs and digital tools.
