What You’ll Do:
- Manage and close high-value property transactions with HNIs, investors, and luxury home seekers.
- Build and maintain a strong client pipeline through networking, referrals, and lead conversions.
- Conduct professional property presentations, viewings, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with our marketing and back-office team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Provide expert advice to buyers and sellers, offering insights into market trends and investment opportunities.
Who You Are:
- A seasoned sales professional with a minimum of 3+ years in high-ticket sales (real estate, finance, luxury goods, automotive, or similar).
- Proven ability to build trust with high-net-worth clients and close big-ticket deals.
- Highly self-motivated, persuasive, and confident in handling negotiations and client objections.
- Familiar with the Colombo real estate landscape or eager to learn fast and dominate it.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Sinhala or Tamil is a plus.
