Your Role:
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries from potential clients.
- Provide accurate information about our properties and services.
- Update client details, inquiries, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and ensure clients have a smooth experience.
- Follow up with clients to maintain engagement and assist with their property needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in English, Sinhala, and Tamil.
- Clear and confident phone manner with a friendly attitude.
- Ability to listen, understand client needs, and provide solutions.
- Experience in customer service or call centers is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
