Merchandiser - Menswear

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage menswear assortments in line with brand strategy and seasonal trends
- Analyze sales performance and take action to maximize profitability
- Ensure correct stock levels across stores/channels to avoid overstock or shortages
- Work closely with Buying, Design, and Retail teams to deliver commercial ranges
- Monitor sell-through, markdowns, and replenishment
- Prepare regular sales, stock, and performance reports
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser, preferably in menswear or fashion retail
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good understanding of fashion trends and customer behavior
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
