Relationship Officer - Personal Banking
Job Profile:
- Champion - Drive New Credit Card / Loan Acquisition for the branch & ensure that branch New Credit Cards & Loans targets are achieved.
- Ensure that all other branch business roles are supported to drive new Cards & Loans through different segments – Ex – IC / PB / BB etc.
- Ensure that new customer Credit Card & Loan applications are submitted accurately with zero mandate errors & avoid re-work.
- Champion the Consumer Asset Products at the branch & also ensure that Product training & support is given to all branch staff as required.
- Ensure high standard of service through follow up of day today problems by liaising with the Branch Manager and support divisions.

- Good sales, customer service and relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge on MS Office package including E-mail, PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 02 years experience in a similar capacity working in a bank or in a financial institution, with an exposure to front line sales or sales-oriented channels.
- GCE O/L, 5 Credits including Mathematics & English and GCE A/L 2 passes excluding General English.
- Part qualification in Banking (IBSL) / Relevant professional qualification/ Part qualification in SLIM/ CIM/ AAT/ CIMA/ ACCA) Managerial stage or Diploma level)
- Age should be 26 years or below
