Finance & Procedure Auditor
We are seeking a finance and procedure auditor with a flawless record of integrity to join our group of companies. This is a sensitive role that requires independence, flexibility, and the ability to report directly to management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct audits across group entities and assess operational risks.
- Identify control weaknesses, process gaps, and compliance issues.
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
- Recommend practical process improvements and corrective actions.
- Perform independent risk-based audits and special assignments.
- Maintain accurate audit documentation and confidentiality.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in internal/external audit or finance operations.
- Qualified in CA, CIMA, ACCA, AAT, or a Finance/Accounting graduate.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office; ERP knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong integrity, attention to detail, report-writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel regularly between Nugegoda, the South Coast, and Wennappuwa.
Salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
