Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations within the manufacturing function
- Ensure labour law compliance and effective HR processes
- Handle workforce planning, employee relations, attendance, and disciplinary matters
- Partner with operational teams to achieve business goals
- Drive HR improvements, reporting, analytics, and employee engagement initiatives
- Lead and develop the HR operations team
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university
- 5–7 years of HR experience with exposure to manufacturing/industrial environments
- 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial HR role
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR compliance
- Experience managing blue-collar and shift based workforces
- Strong stakeholder management skills with Production, Engineering, and Operations teams
- Hands-on experience in HRIS, HR analytics, and reporting
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision making abilities
