Business Development Executive - Logistics 

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on expanding the company's presence in the e-commerce market.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations to align on business strategies and initiatives.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports on sales progress and market insights.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Above three years of experience in business development, preferably in the e-commerce or digital industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business deals.
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, market trends, and customer behavior.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a keen ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in using sales tools and CRM software to manage leads and track performance.
