Qualifications
- BSc or Eqv Degree with 3+ Years experience or Diploma with 5+ Years experience in Quantity Surveying and Estimation in a reputed Civil Engineering Company.
- Experience in tendering and cost control for construction projects preferably in water and irrigation works preferred.
Statement of work and Requirement
- Knowledge in tendering and procurement essential
- Contract administration required
- Managing contractual claims and due diligence with client representatives
- Cost planning, monitoring and control of all projects
- Delegating and Supervising Project Quantity Surveyors
- Analyzing Profit and loss among ongoing projects & preparation of cost reports
Work from Head Office with small Control Team from Nawala, Sri Lanka.
