We are looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our Engineering Department at KSPA Packaging Pvt Ltd, a leader in the corrugated and polythene packaging industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the factory's electrical systems, supporting preventive maintenance activities, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. Job Profile:
- Execute electrical maintenance activities in line with targets set by the Electrical Executive.
- Carry out routine inspections, maintenance, and upgrading of the factory's electrical distribution systems.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules as assigned by the Assistant Electrical Engineer/HOD.
- Maintain and upgrade electrical systems of all production and supporting equipment.
- Ensure proper illumination and lighting conditions across the factory floor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Adhere to all health and safety standards for self and others.
- Work collaboratively with team members and comply with company policies and procedures.
Person Profile:
- NVQ Level 4 in Electrical Industrial Electrical or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience in electrical distribution systems and industrial machinery.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good coordination, planning, and communication skills.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
