We are looking for a skilled and proactive Fitter to join our Maintenance Department at KSPA Packaging Pvt Ltd, a leader in the corrugated and polythene packaging industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of mechanical systems, supporting preventive maintenance, and contributing to overall operational efficiency while maintaining high safety standards. Job Profile:
  • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance as directed by the Mechanical Supervisor.
  • Ensure proper maintenance, routine inspections, and upgrading of all production and supporting equipment.
  • Carry out maintenance, inspection, and improvements to the factory water distribution system.
  • Perform modifications to existing machinery and equipment in consultation with senior staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace at all times. 
  • Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety standards for self and others.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and comply with company policies and procedures.

Person Profile:
  • NVQ Level 4 in Millwright Fitter or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Practical experience in maintaining and troubleshooting production machinery.
  • Basic knowledge of factory water systems and mechanical upgrades. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Good coordination, planning, and communication skills.
