Legal Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle litigation-related matters and liaise with external legal counsel.
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Attend to notarial work and related legal documentation.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain and manage legal records and documentation.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka.
- Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience.
- Possession of a valid Notary Public License.
- Proven experience in litigation and notarial work.
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan legal procedures and documentation.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters effectively.
