Cash Collector

As part of the pharmaceutical distribution network of Hemas Pharmaceuticals, we play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and reliable movement of healthcare products across the country. We are currently seeking a Cash Collector to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect outstanding customer payments while achieving weekly collection targets.
- Deposit daily cash and cheque collections with accurate supporting documentation.
- Verify cheque validity, signatures, and compliance with company credit policies.
- Follow up and resolve returned cheques within the required timeline.
- Negotiate payment plans and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with Credit team regarding overdue and on-hold customer accounts.
- Support effective debtor management and contribute to maintaining healthy cash flow.
Candidate Profile
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, , or a customer-facing role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a valid Sri Lankan riding license for a motorcycle (mandatory).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
