Key Responsibilities:
- Execute long-term plans to grow market share and the company's industry footprint.
- Identify and secure debt portfolios from major corporate clients.
- Build influential relationships with banks, financial institutions, and legal partners.
- Act as the primary company representative in high-level negotiations and industry forums.
- Diversify the client base and secure scalable, long-term recovery contracts.
- Collaborate with the Board and COO to align growth targets with company vision.
- Assume full responsibility for the company's financial performance and the delivery of superior organizational results.
Candidate Profile:
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or Law from a recognized institution.
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in the financial services or debt recovery sector.
- Proven track record in Debt Recovery, Banking, or Financial Services sectors.
