Sales & Marketing Executive – Ganemulla / Gampaha Region
We are a well-established company specializing in the manufacturing and supplying of premium cosmetic products, detergents, and hotel room amenities for the leisure industry, catering to both local and international markets. We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic, results-driven, and self-motivated individual residing in or around the Ganemulla / Gampaha area to join our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to set and achieve sales/marketing targets
- Identify and develop new sales territories while improving existing sales through innovative marketing strategies.
- Establish and monitor marketing goals based on past performance and market trends
- Submit daily sales activity reports to management
- Maintain a strong understanding of product offerings, market positioning, and competitor landscape.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing from a recognized institution.
- Strong commitment to customer service excellence.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala; knowledge of Tamil will be a distinct advantage.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Possession of a valid motorbike license will be an added advantage
