Medical Delegate (North Central & North Western)
JOB PROFILE
Hemas Pharmaceuticals is looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join as a Medical Delegate – Cardiovascular Portfolio to promote a strong range of cardiovascular brands from a leading multinational partner with over 20 years of trusted presence in Sri Lanka. This role primarily covers the North Central and North Western Provinces, with preference for candidates based in Kurunegala, Dambulla, or Puttalam, and is ideal for individuals who enjoy building meaningful professional relationships and working closely with people. In this role, you will actively engage with healthcare professionals, promote and explain products, build long-term relationships, and work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
We are looking for a professional who enjoys working with people, travelling across the country, and building strong relationships with stakeholders while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and professionalism, and who can thrive in a multinational environment.
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) in any stream.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written (Tamil language proficiency will be an added advantage).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Proficient in computer literacy, particularly MS Office applications.
