Assistant Accountant / Sales Support
Join Presstona Tiles Lanka, a well-established cement floor tiles manufacturer with over 35 years of experience. We are modernizing our systems by introducing QuickBooks along with an ERP system. Be a key player in our team during this exciting transition!
Key Responsibilities
- Enter sales transactions into QuickBooks in parallel with existing manual records
- Maintain customer and product/item records in QuickBooks
- Assist with basic inventory tracking and stock movement
- Generate sales and customer balance reports.
- Assist walk-in customers and prepare quotations and invoices
- Coordinate with warehouse/production regarding order availability
Candidate Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, operations, or accounting support
- Hands-on experience using QuickBooks (mandatory)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable working with numbers and digital systems
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Willing to work in a hands-on store environment
Experience in manufacturing, tiles, retail, or construction materials will be considered an advantage.
