About the Role
Suntastic Energy Solutions is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for dynamic and customer-focused B2C Sales Executives to promote our Solar PV and Air Conditioning solutions to homeowners and small businesses. If you love meeting people, educating customers, and closing deals, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Solar Power Systems and Air Conditioner solutions directly to households and SMEs.
- Conduct site visits, energy audits, and basic AC/solar requirement assessments.
- Generate and follow up on leads via field visits, referrals, and digital inquiries.
- Prepare and present proposals to customers with the support of the engineering team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales progress.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build positive relationships and provide exceptional after-sales support.
Requirements
- Prior experience in B2C sales (Solar, AC, Home Appliances, Telecom, Insurance or FMCG preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Pleasant personality and strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to travel frequently for customer visits (islandwide).
