Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop seasonal menus and daily specials
- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations including food preparation and plating
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
- Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and cost management
- Work closely with management to develop new offerings
Requirements
- Proven experience as Head Chef / Senior Chef in a café, restaurant, or hotel kitchen
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Creativity and passion for delivering memorable food experiences
