Channel Manager – Distribution (Sony Iot Products)
With a strong presence in the mobile phones and consumer electronic, and a reputation for excellence, Celltronics (PVT) Ltd, in partnership Sony, is seeking an experienced and results driven channel Manager-Distribution to lead and grow our distribution network across the Island for Sony MDR, PAS & HAV products.
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years in sales management, preferably in distribution.
- Proven success in managing distributor networks and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in handling multiple territories and diverse product portfolios.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Diploma with strong experience considered) Will be an added advantage.
- Professional certifications in sales or distribution management will be an added advantage.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of distribution channels and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Leadership and strategic planning abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Goal-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to strengthen distributor networks.
- Identify and onboard new distributors while nurturing existing relationships.
- Monitor distributor performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to distributor teams.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
