Assistant Transport Manager | Battaramulla
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Transport Manager to lead our ride-hailing operations. If you have experience in managing large fleets, driver networks, and real-time transport services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day ride-hailing operations including driver onboarding, fleet performance, and route efficiency.
- Monitor and improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and response times.
- Handle incident management and support the safety team in resolving transport-related issues.
- Handling own vehicle fleet and all third party vehicles.
- Prepare operational reports and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Handling vehicle maintenance and yard operation
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a transport/logistics/ride-hailing or tech-driven mobility business.
- Strong understanding of app-based fleet operations and Manual oparations.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving attitude.
