Assistant HVAC Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant HVAC Engineer to support business development, engineering design, project execution, and customer satisfaction while contributing to the growth of our Industrial HVAC Project Division.
Job Profile
- Identify new HVAC project opportunities through customer visits, site surveys, and consultant engagement.
- Prepare HVAC designs, heat load calculations, BOQS, technical specifications, quotations, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor installation quality, project progress, and compliance with engineering standards.
- Support project delivery by resolving technical issues and ensuring timely completion of assigned projects.
Personal Profile
- National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Building Services Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HVAC system design, project execution, tendering, and estimation.
- Sound knowledge of VRF, DX AHU, Package Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Industrial HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office applications, and HVAC design/selection software.
- Excellent communication, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
