Hostel Events Manager – Colombo
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and organized Hostel Events Manager to join the team.. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and managing hostel events, creating memorable experiences for guests, and ensuring smooth event operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize events and activities for hostel guests
- Coordinate event arrangements and ensure smooth execution
- Engage with guests and create a welcoming social atmosphere
- Manage event schedules, requirements, and logistics
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners when required
- Support guest engagement activities and hostel operations
Requirements:
- Age between 30 – 45 years
- Minimum 1 year of experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field
- Good communication and guest-handling skills
- Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Salary:
- LKR 100,000 (based on experience and skills)
