Client Relationship Associate
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Relationship Associate. You'll be the go-to person for our clients, providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and helping to build strong and lasting relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide timely resolutions to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with senior team members to understand client needs and improve service delivery.
- Manage the onboarding process of new client accounts.
- Liaise with stockbrokers and banks to ensure the smooth operation of client accounts and assist with reconciliations between bank/broker records and internal systems.
- Maintain and update KYC records for clients in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
