Bookkeeper / Cashier
Specialization - Accounting & Cash Management
Experience - Minimum 3 years in bookkeeping or accounting
Language Requirement: Must be very fluent in English (spoken and written) — essential for all positions
Key Qualifications
- High school diploma with accounting or business courses; preferably with bookkeeping certification
- Strong proficiency in bookkeeping, accounting entry, and basic accounting principles
- Experience with accounting software and point-of-sale systems
- Accuracy in financial record-keeping and reconciliation
- Strong numeracy, organizational, and customer service skills
Key Responsibilities
- Record financial transactions and maintain accounting records
- Handle daily cash receipts and process payments
- Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and financial documentation
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable functions
- Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities
