Marketing Executive - Foreign Employment and Recruitment | Pannipitiya
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree & Diploma in Business Management/Administration or another filled
- Minimum 5 years of experience in foreign employment and recruitment
- High proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Able to bring new foreign opportunities to the company
- Coordinate with SLBFE on foreign employment recruitment process
- Working closely with foreign employers to ensure clients' requirements are fulfilled with high standards
- Conduct research to identify new foreign markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Be able to achieve targets & KPIs with minimum supervision
- Fluency in English & Sinhala (Tamil would be an added advantage)
- Age> 30
Above positions preference will be given to candidates residing around the Pannipitiya area.
