We are a specialised high ranking seafood restaurant based in Unawatuna. We currently undergoing a whole revamp of the restaurant, kitchen and menu and are looking for candidates who will be able to follow the consultant chefs menu with precision.
We are looking for immediate starters, and anyone island wide can apply, as we have onsite staff boarding available.

Requirements
- Essential criteria: 5+ years experience in the job role
- Diploma
- Must be fluent in Sinhala and have basic English
- The Executive Chef must have a good knowledge of spoken and written English.
