What You Will Do & Lead
- Master the art of precision fades, tapers, and classic scissor cuts for men.
- Provide high-end beard sculpting, grooming, and traditional hot towel straight-razor shaves.
- Conduct professional consultations to recommend styles based on hair texture and face shape.
- Maintain a sharp, clean, and sterilized workstation with high-quality barbering tools.
- Stay updated on the latest men’s grooming trends, from classic pompadours to modern textures.
- Mentor junior barbers, ensuring every service meets the "Cutting Avenue" standard of excellence.
- Deliver a premium, relaxed "gentleman’s lounge" experience for all clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a barber (3+ years preferred) with a strong focus on men's grooming.
- Expertise in using clippers, shears, and straight razors.
- Deep knowledge of men’s hair-care products, pomades, and beard oils.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with a high-profile clientele in Colombo 07.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and a disciplined work ethic.
- A portfolio of your best cuts (Instagram or photos) is highly encouraged.
