HVAC කාර්මික හීටින්, වෙන්ටිලේෂන් සහ වාතකාශන පද්ධති සම්බන්ධයෙන් පාලනය සහ කළමනාකරණය කිරීම, ගැටලු විසඳීම, අත්යවශ්ය නඩත්තු කටයුතු සිදු කිරීම, උසස් පාරිභෝගික සේවාවක් ලබාදීම, සහ හීටින් සහ ශීතකරණ පද්ධති කාර්යක්ෂමව ක්රියාත්මක කිරීම සඳහා සම්බන්ධීකරණය කිරීම පිළිබඳව වගකීම් දරනු ඇත.
කාර්යභාර:
- හීටින්, වෙන්ටිලේෂන් සහ වාතකාශන පද්ධති (HVAC) පද්ධති සදහා නඩත්තු කණ්ඩායම පාලනය සහ කළමනාකරණය කිරීම.
- HVAC උපකරණ සඳහා නඩත්තු කාලසටහන් සහ ක්රමවේද ක්රියාත්මක කිරීම.
- ක්රම බද්ධ පරික්ෂණ සහ වෛද්ය පරීක්ෂණ සිදු කර ගැටලු හඳුනාගෙන අවශ්ය අලුත්වැඩියා කිරීම.
- සියලුම නඩත්තු කටයුතු සඳහා ආරක්ෂක නීති සහ ප්රමිතීන් අනුගමනය කිරීම.
- HVAC පද්ධති අදාළ ගැටලු විසඳා ගැනීම සහ තාක්ෂණික සහාය ලබාදීම සඳහා අනෙක් දෙපාර්තමේන්තු සමග සහයෝගයෙන් ක්රියා කිරීම.
- නඩත්තු කටයුතු, උපකරණ කාර්යක්ෂමතාව, සහ අලුත්වැඩියා පිරිවැය පිළිබඳ නියමිත වාර්තා පවත්වාගෙන යාම.
- HVAC නඩත්තු ව්යාපෘති සඳහා අයවැය සැකසීම සහ අවශ්ය කොටස් සහ මෙවලම් සපයා ගැනීම.
- කර්මාන්ත ප්රවණතා සහ දියුණු කිරීම් පිළිබඳ නවීන තොරතුරු ලබා ගෙන වැඩි දියුණු කිරීම් සහ යාවත්කාලීන කිරීම් සදහා නිර්දේශ ලබා දීම.
අවශ්ය සුදුසුකම් සහ දක්ෂතා:
- GCE සා/පෙ හා උ/පෙ සමත් විය යුතුය.
- HVAC පද්ධති නඩත්තු සහ කළමනාකරණය පිළිබඳ පළපුරුද්ද සහිත විය යුතුය.
- පළපුරුද්ද සහිත ක්රියාකාරී තත්ත්වයේ අධ්යක්ෂ මට්ටම මට්ටමින් අවම වශයෙන් වසර 5 ක පළපුරුද්දක් තිබිය යුතුය.
- HVAC හෝ සබැඳි ක්ෂේත්රයක NVQ 5 හෝ 6 සහතිකය සඳහා සුදුසුකම් තිබිය යුතුය.
- HVAC නඩත්තු සඳහා නියමිත වසර 2 ක පළපුරුද්ද සමග NVQ 4 සුදුසුකම් තිබිය යුතුය.
- HVAC පද්ධති, මෙවලම් සහ වෛද්ය උපකරණ පිළිබඳ දැඩි තාක්ෂණික දැනුමක් තිබිය යුතුය.
- ගැටලු විසඳීමේ සහ පරීක්ෂණාත්මක නඩත්තු හැකියාවන්.
- ස්වාධීනව සහ කණ්ඩායමක් සමග වැඩ කිරීමට හැකි වීම.
- පාරිභෝගික සේවා ප්රවාහීතාවය.
- HVAC පද්ධති කළමනාකරණය පිළිබඳ පළපුරුද්ද.

Senior HVAC Technician | Colombo
We need a highly skilled technician with extensive experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems. This role involves leading technical teams and ensuring high standards of service.
Role Description and Duties.
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning Technician at INAIRE PRIVATE LIMITED in Colombo.
- The Senior HVAC Technician will be responsible for overseeing and managing HVAC systems, troubleshooting issues, conducting preventive maintenance, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the efficient operation of heating and cooling systems
- Oversee and manage the HVAC maintenance team to ensure optimal performance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for HVAC equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics of HVAC systems central and VRV to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to address HVAC-related concerns and provide technical support.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repair costs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to recommend improvements and upgrades.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Should have passed GCE O/L & A/L
- Proven experience in HVAC system maintenance and management.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in executive grade (Supervisory capacity after obtaining the relevant qualifications for supervisory grade)
- Relevant certification or degree in HVAC or related field.
- NVQ 5 or 6 Ref and air qualifications for supervisory grade.
- NVQ 4 for HVAC technician grade minimum of 2 years experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance abilities.
- Customer Service orientation.
- Experience in HVAC systems management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
