ප්රධාන අවශ්යතා:
- යන්ත්රෝපකරණ සහ උපකරණවල සාමාන්ය නඩත්තු කිරීම, පරීක්ෂා කිරීම් සහ අලුත්වැඩියා කිරීම් සිදු කිරීම.
- යන්ත්ර සූත්ර සහ උපකරණ සමඟ ගැටලු නිරාකරණය කර හඳුනා ගැනීම, කාලෝචිත හා ඵලදායී විසඳුම් ලබා දීම.
- පද්ධති සහ සංරචක ස්ථාපනය කිරීම, නඩත්තු කිරීම සහ වැඩිදියුණු කිරීම.
- සියලුම වැඩ GMP සහ ආරක්ෂක ප්රමිතීන් සහ රෙගුලාසි වලට අනුකූල බව සහතික කිරීම.
- නඩත්තු කටයුතු සහ අලුත්වැඩියාවන් පිළිබඳ නිවැරදි වාර්තා පවත්වාගෙන යාම.
- වැළැක්වීමේ නඩත්තු වැඩසටහන් සංවර්ධනය කිරීම සහ ක්රියාත්මක කිරීම සඳහා සහාය වීම.
සුදුසුකම්:
- NCT/ NVQ මට්ටම 3 හෝ 4 සමාන සුදුසුකම් (සම්පූර්ණ පූර්ණ කාලීන තාක්ෂණික හේතුව).
- සමාන ධාරිතාවකින් වසර එකක හෝ තුනක කාර්මික පළපුරුද්දකට කැමති වන්න.
- විදුලි සහ වායුමය ක්ෂේත්ර පිළිබඳ දැනුම අමතර සුදුසුකමක් වනු ඇත.
- ශක්තිමත් සන්නිවේදනය සහ කණ්ඩායම් වැඩ කුසලතා.
- පිරිමි අපේක්ෂකයින් වඩාත් කැමති වේ.
- වයස අවුරුදු 32 ට අඩු.

Maintenance Technician - Male | Piliyandala
We are an established and reputed company engaged in manufacturing and marketing of Pharmaceutical products for the State and Private sector. With the expansion of our business, we are seeking for young, dynamic and proactive professionals to Join hands for the above position with our engineering team based in Piliyandala manufacturing plant.
Key Requirements:
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and equipment, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade systems and components.
- Ensure all work complies with GMP and safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
Qualifications:
- NCT/ NVQ Level 3 or 4 equivalent qualification (Completed full-time Technical cause).
- Prefer one to three years of industrial experience in a similar capacity.
- Knowledge of electrical and pneumatic fields will be an added qualification.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Male candidates are preferred.
- Age below 32 years.
