Hydraulic / Electro-Hydraulic Technician | Dubai
(NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Production Machinery Maintenance or Automobile Mechanics with Hydraulic Training)
Sector : Kids Amusement & Family Entertainment Facilities
Location : Dubai – UAE (Al Quoz 4 Industrial Area)
Salary : AED 4,000/- upto AED 4,500/- per month
Benefits : 1 year paid vacation with air ticket / Health insurance

Key Responsibilities and Skills:
Hydraulic Systems Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of basic and low-pressure hydraulic systems used in compact kids’ excavators, ride-on diggers, and miniature amusement machinery.
Maintenance & Servicing:
- Capable of servicing hydraulic cylinders, pumps, hoses, valve blocks, and related components — including seal replacement, leak detection, and pressure balancing to ensure smooth and safe operation of amusement equipment.
Mechanical Alignment & Calibration:
- Skilled in aligning mechanical linkages, adjusting track drive tension, and calibrating boom and arm movements for realistic yet child-safe and gentle operation of kids’ excavator rides.
System Upgrades & Modernization:
- Participate actively in the company’s equipment modernization program, transitioning from manual hydraulic lever controls to electro-hydraulic joystick systems, enhancing playability, safety, and control precision.
Electro-Hydraulic Control Integration:
- Willing to learn and support the integration of electric actuators, proportional control valves, PWM signal systems, and joystick-based control modules for next-generation kids’ amusement machinery.
Electrical Installation Support:
- Assist with installation, wiring, and commissioning of electro-hydraulic valve packs, control boards, and electronic modules, working closely with electrical technicians to ensure synchronized operation.
Clean & Safe Workmanship:
- Maintain neat hose routing, secure fittings, and organized component layout, prioritizing safety, aesthetics, and easy maintenance suitable for public and child-interactive environments.
Preferred Experience:
- Hands-on experience with mini-excavator rides, amusement hydraulics, or children’s interactive machinery will be a significant advantage.
