Kitchen Helper
Responsibilities:
- Assist in basic food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting vegetables, portioning ingredients).
- Support the Chef/Cook during meal preparation and service.
- Arrange and organize kitchen utensils and ingredients before and after service.
- Wash dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and service items promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen counters, floors, storage areas, and refrigerators.
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain garbage segregation standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in receiving grocery deliveries and checking quantities.
- Inform the supervisor of low stock levels or damaged goods.
- Follow instructions from the Residence Manager or Chef.
Salary: Based on market standards and experience
Shift Details: Full-time, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (flexible to work longer hours if required)
Expected Start Date: Earliest possible
