Quality Control (QC) Executive - JAC T9 | Assembly Plant
Are you passionate about quality and the automotive industry? We are seeking a detail-oriented and committed Quality Control (QC) Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring that all JAC T9 vehicles meet the company's quality standards before being dispatched to showrooms for customer deliveries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive pre-delivery quality inspections of JAC T9 vehicles at the yard.
- Identify, record, and report any defects, damages, or non-conformities.
- Coordinate with the Assembly, Service, and Technical teams to ensure all identified issues are rectified prior to vehicle dispatch.
- Verify that vehicles comply with the company's quality standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate quality control records.
- Ensure vehicles are delivered to showrooms in excellent condition, ready for customer handover.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance vehicle quality and customer satisfaction.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Diploma, NVQ, or equivalent qualification in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control, pre-delivery inspection (PDI), vehicle inspection, or a similar role within the automobile industry.
- Sound technical knowledge of motor vehicles and automotive quality standards.
- Ability to identify defects with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications will be an added advantage.
- Possession of a valid Sri Lankan driving license is preferred.
